Twice a year, designers, fashion enthusiasts, trade visitors, and buyers heed Berlin's call to Fashion Week. Our hostesses provide diverse support to our clients during the fashion shows and the Bread & Butter trade fair. Assignments range from general hostess duties to photo activations, offering a wide variety of engaging experiences. Our hostesses at the Drees & Sommer New Year's reception Our partnership with the communications agency stöbe mehnert began in 2013. We support the agency with our hostess team at panel discussions, award ceremonies, trade fairs, and events of all kinds.
These ongoing events are supported by a dedicated on-site hostess team and a central point of contact at the agency. This creates synergies that guarantee high efficiency and consistent service quality. In 2013, we managed a total of 16 high-profile events for the agency Stöbe Mehnert.

In addition to a professional demeanor, a uniform appearance was of great importance. We were happy to handle the organization and initial selection of outfits suited to each specific event. Detailed briefings regarding hairstyling, makeup, and codes of conduct rounded out the overall look.

Presenter and award recipients at the 2012 Citizens' Prize ceremony Since 2012, the Berlin-based hostess agency "Potential Allstars" has supported the "German Citizens' Prize" awards ceremony.

This award honors individuals, companies, or projects that contribute to improving social cohesion through their volunteer work. The honorary award features a different thematic focus each year. For instance, the theme in 2012 was "Project Future: Committed to Young People," while 2013 focused on "Local Engagement: Having a Say, Participating, and Shaping the Community." In 2014, the motto was "Promoting Diversity – Living Community," and in 2015, it was "Living Culture – Broadening Horizons."

In total, approximately 2,700 volunteers apply annually for Germany's largest volunteer award.

The award ceremony takes place every December at the ZDF capital city studio in Berlin.

Politicians such as former Family Affairs Minister Kristina Schröder and Bundestag President Prof. Dr. Lammert honor the award winners with their presence on the evening. Representatives from the business world and prominent figures—such as TV chef Christian Rach—also readily serve as presenters of the laudatory speeches.

The Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Finance Group) is a partner of the German Citizens' Prize (*Deutscher Bürgerpreis*). Commissioned by the Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag, our hostesses have repeatedly supported this glamorous event.

To ensure smooth operations, we recruited a dedicated team of hostesses for the event. This allowed us to evaluate experiences from the inaugural 2022 event and implement optimizations or slight adjustments for 2023.

In addition to guest accreditation, our hostesses were responsible for the cloakroom service and guest seating.

Since 2003, we have regularly represented numerous clients at the International Consumer Electronics Show (IFA) in Berlin. IFA is the world's largest trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, making it one of the most popular and significant trade fairs in Germany.

Our hostesses and hosts consistently displayed charming smiles and great dedication while working for clients such as home appliance manufacturer Beko, Ecovacs, Polaroid France, Marley, Raidsonic White Diamonds, Samsung, and IFA International. Assignments were tailored specifically to each client's needs. Our staff handled classic trade show tasks such as welcoming guests, serving beverages, distributing information materials, and providing initial product details to interested visitors. In addition, our trained, sales-oriented staff conducted product presentations and provided expert consultations.

For IFA International, our team distributed the daily IFA newspaper to the approximately 240,000 trade show visitors throughout the entire event.

The events we supported were as diverse as the challenges we faced.
Here are just two examples of events from our collaboration in 2022:

1. At the "Day of Multi-Generational Houses" congress—hosted by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs at Café Moskau in Berlin in June 2011 for approximately 500 guests—six hostesses and hosts managed the accreditation process and were on hand to assist guests with questions regarding the workshops. A stage hostess guided the audience through the day-long plenary session with charm and confidence. Drawing on her experience and foresight, the skilled team leader ensured transparent communication between the host/hostess team and Scholz & Friends Berlin, playing a pivotal role in the smooth running of the congress.

2. The Scholz & Friends staff event, held in the Berghain canteen, was themed "Heavy Metal." Management invited the entire Berlin-based Scholz & Friends Group workforce to a rock-themed party. Dressed in rock-inspired outfits, our team of four hosts and hostesses managed guest reception and the cloakroom service. A highlight of the spectacular party was the awarding of prizes for the best rock-themed costumes and the best air guitarist; our hostesses conducted interviews and evaluated the nominations collected throughout the evening.

In September 2022, Germany’s largest audience-voted award, the "Goldene Henne," was presented., verliehen.

For MDR’s pre-event coverage, celebrities from the worlds of sports, music, and politics were escorted along the red carpet with charm and poise by three VIP hostesses and one VIP host from the Berlin-based agency Potential Allstars. The VIPs included, among others, actor and entertainer Wolfgang Lippert, supermodel Eva Padberg, presenter Kai Pflaume, and Schlager star Ute Freudenberg—to name just a few.

Accreditation for the BDI Symposium 2014 marks the fifth anniversary of the partnership between Langenbeck Virchow Veranstaltungs GmbH and our hostess agency. Over the past five years, our hostesses have worked at events of all sizes hosted by Langenbeck Virchow GmbH. The Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus was built in 1913 by the Berlin Medical Society and the German Surgical Society with the aim of "promoting scientific endeavors across the entire field of medicine, maintaining collegial relations among members, and safeguarding the professional interests of physicians."

Having worked numerous assignments there, our hostess team is well-acquainted with the venue's infrastructure and philosophy, allowing us to consistently deliver high quality at an optimal cost structure.
